Grilled Salmon with Herb Spread

This is very easy and a delicious way to enjoy grilled salmon. Mix up a cup of mayonnaise with a tablespoon of lemon juice and two tablespoons of freshly chopped rosemary.

 

Spread 1/2 “ layer over a fresh salmon filet and grill for approximately 15 minutes at 375° if the filet is thick; 350° for thinner filets.
